Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods, Processing Time, and Estimated Transit Time

We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate different customer needs. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, destination, and carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping: Processing time of one to three business days, estimated transit time of five to ten business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Processing time of one to three business days, estimated transit time of three to five business days

  • Express Shipping: Processing time of one to three business days, estimated transit time of one to three business days

Shipping estimates do not include potential delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. Free Wheel Rides is not responsible for such delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders within the United States. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures. Free Wheel Rides is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred at customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor their shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within seven days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please provide photos of the package and product to assist in the claims process.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Free Wheel Rides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.
